ANNUAL ARRL FIELD DAY

For years the NADXA has teamed up with the Coconino Amatuer Radio Club (CARC) to host
a Field Day event in the Flagstaff area. CARC is primarily a VHF/UHF ARES club so combining
our efforts fits well together to cover the spectrum of Field Day scored activities.

Pick a year for photos and info.

Field Day 2022 - Back at Home Depot Parking Lot

Our Goals

Be Safe
Have Fun and Promote Ham Radio
Win Win Win

At the trailer we managed to get a few contacts:

Green Station CW 113
Green Station SSB 117
Blue Station SSB 128
Red Station Digital 107
   Total Contacts   455

Some members also operated from their home QTHs so those will add on to the totals

Many thanks to the East Side Home Depot which let us set up in their parking lot again.
Lots of space to set up antennas and the store brought in constant foot traffic to see our operations.

Trailer set up with the Yagi at Home Depot

Stringing up the mast for the wire antennas

Visitors stopping by to find out what is going on

Coconino County Sheriff Jim Driscoll signs the visitor log

Using the KR7RK Go-Kit radio inside the trailer

Nackard Pepsi of Flagstaff provided really nice banners to bring people in
